Raised on Maui in a longtime kamaʻāina family with roots on both Maui and Oʻahu, Laurie Keyhani brings deep local knowledge, strong community ties, and decades of professional experience to everything she does. Growing up during a time when the island’s primary industries were hospitality and agriculture, Laurie developed an early understanding of the people, culture, and values that make Hawaiʻi unique.
After graduating from St. Anthony High School, Laurie built a successful career in the visitor industry, working with respected luxury brands including Aston Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. She later expanded her experience into vacation ownership sales, becoming a top corporate performer with Marriott, Starwood, and Diamond Resorts (Hilton). Somewhere in there, while normal people were content with one career path, she also launched and operated several successful small businesses on Maui. One of Laurie’s most notable ventures was owning and operating the Life is Good Neighborhood Shoppe in Lahaina’s Front Street district for three years. Under her leadership, the store quickly became one of the company’s top-performing locations nationwide. Managing every aspect of the business, from operations and accounting to sales and customer experience, gave Laurie firsthand insight into what it takes to build and sustain a successful business in Hawaiʻi’s unique market.
Today, Laurie brings that same dedication, professionalism, and people-first approach to her work in real estate. With extensive knowledge of Maui’s communities and housing market, she is committed to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the process with confidence and clarity. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, local families, or clients seeking investment and luxury properties, Laurie focuses on building lasting relationships and truly understanding each client’s goals.
Family and community remain at the center of Laurie’s life. A mother of two adult children raised on Maui, and more recently a foster parent, she believes strongly in giving back and supporting the island community. She volunteers with Hui O Ka Wai Ola, participating in ocean water quality testing and environmental stewardship efforts that help protect Maui’s coastal waters for future generations.
